street noise broken coffee machine
I found a couple of things less than ideal . The soundproofing wasn't great (especially considering the price). Street noise was audible late into the night. the in-room coffee machine was broken, a disappointment for my morning routine.

Fantastic Stay at Stylish Urban Hotel
spacious room quality products comfortable bed kitchen facilities
I LOVED the spaciousness of the room! It had a great layout. The bathroom products were also high quality. I found the bed VERY comfortable. I thought that the kitchen facilities were more than adequate for my needs.
The ONLY slight issue was that street noise was noticeable at times, though the double glazing helped somewhat.

The rooms include a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, VERY convenient for longer stays. The availability of these amenities REALLY added to the experience. Each room is well-heated, ensuring a comfortable environment, even in colder weather.

The bar area on the reception floor has a great atmosphere, I found it to be PERFECT. It SEEMS very popular, with many guests taking advantage of the space in the evenings. There is a wide selection of drinks and snacks available.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city. It is very close to many attractions. Canal Street and the city center are just a short walk AWAY. You can find LOTS of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area.

unavailable parking rude gentleman
The room was immaculate with good facilities. (I did appreciate that.)
The hotel lists parking several times. It is not available and this is only disclosed once you receive the final check-in confirmation email and can no longer be refunded. I tried to call the hotel but could not get anyone to answer. I was met with a very rude gentleman who proceeded to talk over the top of me.

stocked fridge lovely toiletries professional staff street noise loud aircon checkout experience
i adored the well-stocked fridge and the abundance of snacks provided.. such a treat! the toiletries in the bathroom were particularly lovely. the staff members were friendly and professional.
The noise from the street below made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. the air conditioning unit was also quite loud. i wasn't asked about my stay during checkout. I was informed about potential billing for any charges.

loud air conditioning poor soundproofing
The location was great. Close to the train station. The staff were very cute.
I was annoyed by the noise. My room faced a street with loud air conditioning units from a building across the way. There was also a lot of noise from nearby bars at night!!! The windows need better soundproofing.
